Registration and Cost
Do I have to attend all three days?
No. However, we highly encourage people to join us all three days. We’re transforming Q4D into a 3-day conference by popular demand and excited to provide space for many exciting offerings that include workshops, trainings, legal consults and opportunities for people to connect!
Does the conference ticket price change if I can only attend 2-days?
No, if you still plan on attending the conference from May 3-4, an all access conference ticket will still be required.
Will registration close at any point?
Yes. Registration will close for people who want to attend the full conference on March 27th. This is especially important for people who want to secure lodging and transportation.
If I provide my own transportation and lodging, can I still attend all three days?
Yes, if you provide your own transportation and lodging, you can still attend the full conference. You will still need to purchase an All-Access Conference Ticket.
Would it be possible to have a single-room for the conference?
While LSPC is not providing single-room accommodations, you may request one at your own expense. We may be able to help you secure a discounted rate.
I have a question or concern about the cost. Who can I talk to?
We value everyone’s lived experience and expertise, and do not want finances to prevent participation. If you have any questions about this, please reach out to: Hien Nguyen at [email protected]
